SHIPPING POLICY & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed within 7 business days unless specified otherwise (for example: custom or preorder items).

For orders within the UK, please allow up to 7 business days for items to arrive, and up to 8 weeks for international items. (Items usually arrive before this- however, in recent times unforeseen circumstances may delay estimated shipping times).

Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping delays. Due to COVID 19 there may be more delays than previously expected. I always try and ship items as soon as possible but I am not responsible for any delays after your purchases are handed to a courier. Please refer to all shipping information provided for any tracking services.

If you suspect your items have been lost, damaged or stolen please use the contact form to discuss this with me. I am not liable for any of these, however, if provided with enough proof can file a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and if granted you will receive a full refund.

If Royal Mail are unable to cover losses then I am unable to offer refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to check restrictions on importing certain goods & their legalities.

Any charges inflicted by customs for the importation and/or duties of certain items are the responsibility of the buyer. 

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted on handmade items only. Prints and stickers are exempt from this. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a product refund will be provided when the item arrives back to me, without damages (unless specified before return).
